Administrative Registration Calendars 2024-2025

Please note

For the academic year 2024/2025, administrative registration will start in April 2024.

Continuing students receiving the CROUS scholarship and continuing student starting an internship can carry out their online administrative registration from July 2024 onwards regardless of the dates indicated in the calendar below.

Undergraduate students

First registration

Population	Date
First year students	All students: registrations will start in April, the starting date will be communicated by email
First year students	Students admitted in May and June: from the 17th to the 24th of June
Deferal studies in 2023	registrations will start in April, the starting date will be communicated by email

Re-registration

Population	Date
Registration for second year	From the 15th to the 21st of July
Anticipated registration for 3rd year (At Bachelor level, students can benefit from an early registration in the third year. This does not imply that entering the third year is granted, since this decision still depends on the Jury decision.)	From the 13rd to the 21st of May
Temporary suspension of studies in 2023	registrations will start in April, the starting date will be communicated by email
