Certain activities can be done without requiring much space or specific equipment. Classes and tips can be found all over the internet, but for quick and easy access you can also enjoy guidance from our tai chi, pilates, stretching and even yoga instructors, using the short clips that we will regularly make available here and on our Student Life Facebook page.
