The Quiñenco scholarship is designed to enable a deserving Chilean high school student to pursue studies at Sciences Po for the 5 years that comprise the Bachelor's degree at the Undergraduate College and the Master's programme. This scholarship has been made possible thanks to the support of Andrónico Luksic who is keen to strengthen academic ties between France and Chile.
The scholarship is intended for students who show a deep interest in France, the French language and Franco-Chilean relations. It is awarded on the basis of criteria of excellence, social criteria, and is subject to the following prerequisites:
- The recipient must be a Chilean resident and citizen (without any other European nationality)
- The recipient must gain admission to the Sciences Po Undergraduate College
€18,000 per year for 5 years comprising the 3-year Bachelor's degree at the Sciences Po Undergraduate College and the 2-year Sciences Po Master's degree programme. The scholarship is intended to cover the candidate's full tuition fees and living expenses.
Please note: should the recipient cease their studies at Sciences Po at any point during the 5 years, payment of the scholarship will be terminated definitively.
All candidates must first apply to the Sciences Po Undergraduate College via the international admissions procedure. Candidates must include in their application all the information requested for the Emile-Boutmy scholarship.
Application deadline: Candidates must have completed and submitted their application, with all the required documents (including academic references) at least six weeks prior to the desired interview date.

Admission results: no later than five weeks after the interview
