Administrative registration (2 questions)
- Has the administrative registration calendar changed?
- If the context of the health crisis does not allow me to come to France, can I request a deferral?
Deferral requests will only be accepted exceptionally and on a case-by-case basis. Sciences Po will ensure high quality of courses with a new and innovative system, a dual campus. It will combine the advantages of digital and face-to-face teaching by linking them closely and will allow equality of access for all students to their courses, regardless of their location. You will then be able to start classes online and join our campuses as soon as this is possible. Information regarding the deferral policy will be available at a later date.
Tuition fees and payment (5 questions)
- There is a risk I will not be able to come to France because of the international health crisis. Can I withdraw?
Sciences Po will ensure high quality of courses with a new and innovative system, a dual campus. It will combine the advantages of digital and face-to-face teaching by linking them closely and will allow equality of access for all students to their courses, regardless of their location. All services will be reinforced with a particular emphasis on one-to-one support, in both teaching and technical matters, to ensure that all students have optimal access to the digital campus. If international borders remain closed due to the health crisis, you can start courses online and join our campus as soon as it will be possible. You can also choose to withdraw from your studies at Sciences Po if your situation requires this. In this case, you should notify us as soon as possible and imperatively before the start of courses.
- Will I be refunded if I withdraw?
- How can I pay in several instalments if I do not have a bank account in the SEPA zone?
Students from a country outside of the European Union and without an address in France cannot open an online French bank account. Consequently, during the online registration, you will need to choose the method of payment "bank transfer" and make a first payment amounting to 25% of your tuition fees. During the examination of your administrative file, the person in charge of your administrative registration file will confirm the amount of your tuition fees amount and set up 3 instalments by credit card online for the remaining balance.
Please ensure that you check the limits and any commission related to online payments with your bank. If necessary, please contact pole.financier@sciencespo.fr.
