SPDS & BENELUX SOCIETY STUDENT INITIATIVE - Rearming Europe? Procurement, strategy and strategic autonomy

SPDS and Benelux Society Student Initiative are pleased to invite you to a graduate-level expert roundtable bringing together three specialists in defence economics, operational military experience and European integration, to interrogate the realities of European rearmament.

The session will cover three themes: 

• the state of Europe's defence market and procurement challenges; 
• how smaller states like Belgium navigate rearmament through bilateral and sub-regional cooperation; 
• and the interlinkage between strategic autonomy and European integration. Each theme will be followed by an audience Q&A.
