Humanitarian Negotiation in Syria

A panel of experienced practitioners and academics will discuss the recommendations on the way forward for humanitarian negotiations in Syria, by exploring trends resulting from the last 7 years of negotiation practices in Syria, as well as identifying the lessons learned and how to ensure the dissemination of these lessons, both in terms of capacity (tools and methods) and strategic plans (objectives and points of leverage).
