"We will explore how gender stereotypes can impact entry into the job market, what are the main gender inequalities observed at the early career stage, and what measures companies can take to reduce them. We will also look at the strategies that candidates can implement to ensure they are treated fairly during the hiring process and throughout their career.

This session will be presented by Anne Boring, economist, researcher, and director of the Women's Entrepreneurship Chair at Sciences Po (between 2018 and 2024).

Her research focuses on issues related to gender equality in higher education and the workplace. In her current work, she measured the impact and effectiveness of policies designed to improve gender equality in leadership positions. She has studied gender biases in performance evaluations, gender differences in students’ higher educational choices, and gender differences in students' access to the labor market following graduation.

This masterclass will be conducted in English. Registration is mandatory."
