Claire Mathieu

Claire MATHIEU is a Research Director in Computer Science at the Centre National de Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) as well as researcher at the Institut de Recherche en Informatique Fondamentale (IRIF). She was a recipient of the Computer Science Chair at the Collège de France in 2017 and belongs to the French Academy of Science. She participated in the design of the French Parcoursup platform for college admissions.

Claire Mathieu's research area concerns the design and analysis of algorithms, particularly the design of approximation algorithms for combinatorial optimization. She was awarded a CNRS Silver Medal for her research in 2019.

Claire MATHIEU will present a paper, joint with Hugo GIMBERT and Simon MAURAS,  on Stable Matching in Practice  (read abstract, PDF 16.39 KB) at the EQUIPRICE Lunch Seminar series, organised by Alfred GALICHON in the framework and with funding from his ERC-CoG project EQUIPRICE (Grant agreement No.866274).
