Where are we with gender equality at university?

On 16 and 17 June 2016 at Sciences Po, representatives from Georgetown University (USA), University of Hong Kong, University of Leicester (UK), Nagoya University (Japan), Stony Brook University (State University of New York, USA), University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) and University of Waterloo (Canada) sat down together to review their progress and set their future goals in terms of gender equality.

All these universities are IMPACT champions in the HeForShe campaign, a UN Women solidarity movement that calls upon men and boys to take action and advocate for gender equality.

Sciences Po joined this UN Women initiative in 2015, becoming one of ten universities around the world to commit to taking bold, game-changing action to achieve gender equality within and beyond their institutions.
