Translations of scientific findings for responsive environmental policies

About this event

How should the procedures for translating scientific findings into policy be amended so that those policies are more responsive to the needs of decision-makers and of a divided citizenry (from both national and international perspectives)?
How should scientific practice be amended so that descriptive-predictive sciences become more responsive to normative sciences, and vice-versa?
