Jean-Claude Cousseran, Ambassador, former Director General of the French Foreign Intelligence Agency, and Philippe Hayez, former Deputy Director for Collection and Analysis of the French Foreign Intelligence Agency.

 

Mark Lowenthal is currently a distinguished visiting professor at PSIA, teaching a course on “Introduction to US Intelligence.” Mark Lowenthal has held several senior government positions in the United States, including Assistant Director of Central Intelligence for Analysis and Production; Vice Chairman for Evaluation on the National Intelligence Council; and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence. He is the President and CEO of the Intelligence & Security Academy in Arlington, Virginia. He has written several books and among others Intelligence: From Secrets to Policy (Sage/CQ Press, 6th ed., 2014).
