Lecture by Federica Mogherini, Rector of the College of Europe, former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and Vice-President of the European Commission (2014-2019).
Ms. Mogherini’s conference will focus on the prospects of the transatlantic relations as Joe Biden takes on his mandate as the 46th President of the United States, with an emphasis on the implications of Biden’s Presidency for the role of the EU in the world.
