Introducing the new minor program in Global Health at PSIA, this panel will illustrate the interplay between international affairs and global health. The panelists will address intersections between AIDS and international security; trade, WTO intellectual property rights, and public health emergencies; access to health care in conflict and post conflict countries; as well as the history of epidemic meningitis in Africa, and aid effectiveness in health. Through lectures by highly distinguished guests on pressing global issues, PSIA is offering a vibrant platform for public debate in international affairs.
