This round table allows for an evaluation of the Eastern Partnership launched in 2009 in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy and the performances of the EU’s partner countries (Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia) before the Vilnius summit in November 2013. It will offer among others the opportunity to present and discuss the findings of the yearly “European Integration Index for Eastern Partnership Countries” produced by the International Renaissance Foundation and the Open Society Foundations in cooperation with the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (http://www.eap-index.eu/).
This event will take place in the framework of the interdisciplinary research group on « Normative and institutional transfers in international relations and foreign policy » (project EUTRANSGOV, FP7) (http://www.sciencespo.fr/ceri/fr/groupe/transferts-normatifs). It is co-organised with the International Renaissance Foundation (Kyiv) and the Open Society European Policy Institute (Brussels). The presentations and discussions will take place in English (without translation).
