Maisa Rojas Corradi serves as the Minister for the Environment of Chile. She is a recognized scientist and holds a doctorate in atmospheric physics from the University of Oxford. After pursuing a career in academia, as a researcher and professor, she was involved with the COP25 as coordinator of the scientific council of the Chilean Ministry, and then as a delegate to the COP26. She was the lead author for a chapter of the fifth IPCC report in 2014, as well as the coordinating lead author for the sixth IPCC report in 2021.
The discussion will be chaired by Professor Shiv Someshwar, scientific advisor to the Master in Environmental Policy at PSIA-Sciences Po.
