The Outstanding Outcomes of the 2025 Graduate Employability Survey
The results are in: the 2025 Graduate Survey, conducted by Sciences Po Careers, has just been released.
As part of this employability survey carried out in 2024, 7,636 recent graduates from three cohorts were interviewed: six months after graduation (class of 2024), eighteen months after (class of 2023), and thirty months after (class of 2022).
An exceptional professional integration
The analysis highlights outstanding employment outcomes and the high‑quality profiles of Sciences Po graduates:
- 9 out of 10 graduates who entered the job market are currently employed,
- Among them, 98% find a job within six months,
- 57% secure a position before graduating.
Among apprentices, 67% of the six‑month cohort are hired before completing their degree.

« We recruit widely across all Sciences Po programmes. Profiles from the humanities and social sciences are highly relevant, especially for our Health & Public Services sector, which focuses on healthcare, ministries, the military, and other public services. The most important thing is to be authentic and not try to fit into a mold. Accenture, like many companies, has values, but also seeks to be challenged, to be shaken up, and looks for the vision that Gen Z brings today. »

A strong international mobility
The survey results underscore the global appeal and recognition of Sciences Po programmes:
- Nearly one‑third of graduates begin their careers abroad,
- Mainly in Europe (64%),
- 66% hold positions with an international scope.
A swift salary growth
The diversity of career paths and sectors explains significant salary variations depending on the field chosen.
Across all master’s programmes, the average annual gross salary is €42,439 internationally and €39,705 in France six months after graduation. Salaries increase significantly in the early years of a career, reaching €58,391 internationally and €44,442 in France after thirty months. This progression reflects the strong value of our graduates’ skills.

« A high-level education in the humanities and social sciences is extremely useful in our field, as it develops critical thinking, analytical skills, and a nuanced understanding of societal issues, while cultivating ethics. These profiles know how to question assumptions, analyse qualitative data, and enrich corporate strategy with a systemic approach. Sciences Po graduates can mobilise networks and navigate diverse cultural environments with ease, essential assets to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. »
