Sciences Po researchers featured in The Lancet

Daniel Benamouzig, Henri Bergeron and Patrick Castel, three researchers from the Sciences Po Centre for the Sociology of Organisations, have published an article in a special issue of the medical journal The Lancet dedicated to the French health system.

The article, co-written by Olivier Nay, Sophie Béjean and Bruno Ventelou, is entitled “Achieving universal health coverage in France: policy reforms and the challenge of inequalities”. It elucidates the French model for an international audience, and explains how national regulation of the French health system and the implementation of redistribution and universal access haven’t completely overcome the social inequalities related to health.
