Academic Year 2024-2025: It's a Wrap

The 2024-2025 academic year is coming to an end.

This year has been marked by the arrival of Luis Vassy, our new President, the publication of two issues of Sciences Po's magazine, Understanding Our Times, the reform of the French undergraduate admissions, and the launch of the Paris Climate School and its Master's programme in Ecological Transition, Risks, and Governance.

These new developments in no way overshadow the highlights of a year at Sciences Po, such as the graduation of our 2,753 Master's students, the outstanding results of our students in several international competitions, and the exceptional guests who shared their insights in our amphitheatres.

This video features Dmytro Kuleba, former Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fernando Haddad, Brazilian Minister of Finance, Sigrid Kaag, UN Coordinator for the Reconstruction of Gaza, Nadia Murad, 2018 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Marina Silva, Brazilian Minister of the Environment and Climate Change, Denis MacShane, former British Minister for Europe, Christophe Soulard, First President of the French Cour de Cassation, Sharon Dijksma, Mayor of Utrecht (Netherlands), Mathieu Amalric, actor and director, Kamel Daoud, writer and winner of the 2024 Prix Goncourt, Thomas Jolly, actor and director of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie, Nigerian writer.

Not to mention the major events of the year: the Paris Peace Forum, the Youth & Leaders Summit, the Arts and Creation Day, the Suzanne Bastid eloquence contest, and the student show Le lion et le renard.
