Written by poet, spoken-word artist, veteran, and SciencesPo adjunct professor Matthew Jones, this humanist novel examines the gamification of killing in modern warfare, pleading for the very restraints that are rapidly being dismantled in the world’s most powerful government. The novel also argues on behalf of courage: the courage to think; the courage to fight; the courage to feel.  Hosting the event is Malik Crumpler: writer, musician, professor and philosopher.
