Leif Wenar is one of today's leading political philosophers whose work explores justice, human rights, democracy, and the ethics of natural resources. He is the author of Blood Oil: Tyrants, Violence, and the Rules that Run the World, a widely discussed book on how the global trade in natural resources can fuel corruption and conflict.
