During this conference, the panel will focus on development financing in Sub-Saharan African countries, in a context marked by elevated levels of public indebtedness and high financing needs.
The speakers will provide their views on the subject, discussing issues related to public debt refinancing, short- and medium-term fiscal policy, and how to involve the private sector alongside governments in promoting sustainable development goals (SDGs).
A discussion chaired by Stéphane Guibaud, Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Sciences Po and holder of the Sciences Po Chair in Sovereign Debt.
