The event will discuss the thinking and strategy behind the newly launched G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, now set as the international standard for corporate governance.
Revised in 2023 to reflect the most recent evolutions in terms of global best policies and practices, the Principles offer for the very first time recommendations on sustainability and resilience to help companies manage climate-related and other sustainability risks and opportunities.
With a view to supporting economic efficiency, sustainable growth and financial stability, the speakers will share their expertise and experience on how better corporate governance leads to stronger resilience.
