Sophie POCHIC

Bio :

Sophie Pochic is a research director at the CNRS, a member of the Maurice Halbwachs Center and an associate professor at the EHESS and the ENS. She is affiliated to the Discriminations and Category-Based Policies Research Group of LIEPP since 2022. She is involved in the Equal Pay Policy in Practice Programme and is a member of the editorial board of the journal Travail, genre et sociétés. Her research focuses on gender inequalities in the workplace, and on collective mobilizations aimed at denouncing/reducing/preventing gendered discrimination at work, often in a comparative perspective (public and private sectors, France and England).
