About this event
24 March 2021 from 18:00 until 19:30
Organized in the framework of the Politics & Public Policy Stream of the Sciences Po School of Public Affairs, this Policy seminar aims to shed expert light on a current issue by combining approaches and points of view. The theme selected this year is “The Covid-19 crisis and its effects on society”.
This third conference will deal with the economics effects of the Covid-19 crisis, with guest speakers:
- Xavier Ragot, President of the Observatoire français des conjonctures économiques (OFCE-Sciences Po)
- Francesco Saraceno, Deputy Department Director at the Observatoire français des conjonctures économiques (OFCE-Sciences Po).
They will present their work on the response of economic policy to the pandemic and the challenges ahead. Building on some of their latest research, they will particularly analyse the new rules of European macroeconomics policies and the debt legacy.
