Jamieson Greer is a partner in the International Trade team at King & Spalding. His practice covers trade remedy litigation, trade policy, WTO dispute settlement, export controls, economic sanctions, CFIUS, anti-corruption, customs and import, private equity and debt financing. He has represented clients in trade remedy litigation before the Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission and federal courts. Emily de La Bruyère is a co-founder of Horizon Advisory. She has led extensive China research programs and developed novel analysis tools and techniques.
