PSIA Welcome Week - Fall 2026

PSIA looks forward to kicking off its new academic year with welcome activities for its first-year students from Wednesday 26 August to Friday 4 September 2026 on site.

Please check below important information about welcome activities such as "Meet the services" Day, the Intensive French as a Foreign Language Program, PSIA info sessions and cocktail, and team-building workshops. 

Intensive French as a Foreign Language Program

From Wednesday 26 to Friday 28 August

The Intensive French as a Foreign Language Program is custom-designed for PSIA international students, who come from over 100 countries. Find all the information about, and how to register for, the August 2026 edition.

“Meet the Services” Day and Sciences Po Library trainings

Thursday 3 September

Sciences Po Central Services will be available to assist you in taking your first steps in Paris.
Come and meet representatives from our different administrative services and find out how they can provide solutions to help ease your everyday life and meet our external partners on site to answer your questions.

In addition, the Sciences Po Library will offer training sessions about how to make the most of the resources of the Library, one of the largest research libraries in Europe. Details and calendar of sessions will be shared during the PSIA info sessions (see below).

PSIA Students are expected to attend the general info session and their Master-specific info session where they will meet their academic team and fellow students.

These meetings are highly important to prepare your fall semester at PSIA, please arrange your availability accordingly.

Teambuilding activities

Friday 4 September

Teambuilding workshops for first-year students will take place on Friday 4 September. Precise timing and classroom location will be shared by email.

Fall semester

Classes will start on Monday 7 September 2026. Please check your course timetable, which will be available once you've completed your academic registration.

Students are expected to physically attend all classes on site.
