Accommodation during the University Programme
Summer School students have the option to obtain accommodation through the programme, at an additional cost, or to find housing on their own.

Sciences Po is an urban campus without residences on site. Students can choose to reserve housing through our two housing partners or find accommodations on their own. More information for our housing partners can be found below.
- Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (CIUP) – Private rooms in student residence halls
- Atome My French Homestay – Private rooms in a host family
Please note that space is limited for both housing options and that rooms may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who wish to reserve housing through the Summer School are thus recommended to apply early.
Upon admission, students will be able to sign up for the CIUP through the Summer School's online platform or book their room directly with the Atome My French Homestay.
CIUP - student residence hall
The Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris is a unique site in Paris that serves as the largest provider of student accommodation in the region, with lodging for over 5,800 individuals. The CIUP is located approximately 30 minutes from Sciences Po at the “Cité Universitaire” stop on the RER B line, or the “Porte d’Orléans” stop on the metro line 4. Students can travel from the CIUP to Sciences Po by metro, bus, or Vélib', the city’s bike share system.
All CIUP rooms are furnished, single rooms with a private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen on each floor. The CIUP provides sheets, blankets, pillows and towels, but students need to bring their own utensils. Each room has a mini refrigerator and Internet access through an Ethernet cable.
The CIUP does not accept minors; students must be at least 18 years old at the time of the programme to stay at the CIUP.

Atome – My French Homestay
The host families have been carefully chosen by Atome My French Homestay. All of these families speak English and are eager to welcome international students in their homes! Families are either couples with children, who want to share a rich cultural experience with their kids or couples whose children no longer live with them, but who really enjoy the presence of students. These homes usually have one or two private bedrooms. All apartments are located in a safe neighbourhood within a 30-minute commute to Sciences Po. You can also choose to be hosted in a family with another student from Sciences Po. Each student will have his/her own private room and both students will share a bathroom.
