A world-class university in the heart of Paris

Located in the heart of the historic Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighbourhood, Sciences Po’s Paris campus welcomes students on the Summer School’s University Programmes as well as those on the Winter School. It comprises several buildings, all within a short walking distance of one another.

The central building is located at number 27 Rue Saint Guillaume, known to Sciences Po students as “Le 27.” Le 27 is also home to one of two sites of Sciences Po’s state-of-the-art library, which holds nearly a million resources and dozens of computers ready for students’ studying needs. The Paris Campus also includes the Saint-Thomas site, a state-of-the-art 22,000 square-metre campus in the city centre that opened in 2022.

With its hundreds of restaurants, bars, cinema houses and art galleries in the surrounding streets, Saint-Germain-des-Prés provides students with a large choice of ways to spend their time after class. Moreover, the neighbourhood is within walking distance of museums such as the Musée d’Orsay and Musée du Louvre, and historic landmarks such as the Saint Sulpice Church, the Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame Cathedral.
