A world-class university in the heart of the champagne region

In the heart of the Grand-Est region, the Reims campus opened in September 2010 in the “Cité des Sacreés”. Located in a 17th century building, this campus hosts students who have chosen to follow the North American Minor or the African Minor, as well as students on the Summer School’s On Campus Pre-College Programme.

Located in the immediate vicinity of Reims Cathedral, the campus is housed in the former Jesuit College, a historic 17th-century building that has been carefully restored to accommodate modern facilities dedicated to higher education. Lecture theatres, classrooms and a library are set within a remarkable architectural complex, where stone, wood panelling and stained-glass windows blend seamlessly with contemporary fittings.

Reims: A City of Heritage and Gastronomy

The City of Reims holds a major place in French history. As the city where the kings of France were crowned for several centuries, it preserves an exceptional heritage, including Reims Cathedral, the Palace of Tau and the Basilica of Saint-Remi, all listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The city also enjoys international recognition thanks to its renowned Champagne Houses and the surrounding vineyard landscapes, which are likewise UNESCO-listed. With more than 180,000 inhabitants and a large student population, Reims is a dynamic university centre located just 45 minutes from Paris by high-speed train
