Sciences Po's Academic Expertise

Sciences Po is an international research university, both selective and open onto the world, ranking among the finest institutions in the fields of humanities and social sciences. The Paris campus is composed of 8 schools: the School of Public Affairs, the Paris School of International Affairs, the Law School, the School of Management and Impact, the Paris Climate School, the School of Journalism, the Urban School, and the School of Research. 

At International Short Programmes, we strive to offer multidisciplinary courses that combine key Sciences Po disciplines, making for a diverse cohort of faculty and experts from all the schools in Paris. 

We apply our academic expertise to create tailored programmes, reflecting contemporary global challenges. Intensive courses are offered in a variety of disciplines, using a diverse range of pedagogical approaches, for unique programmes designed for a partner’s specific needs.

Explore France and Europe

Our custom programmes can be designed with integrated cultural activities, allowing participants to discover historical landmarks directly related to an academic programme. Through guided visits of institutions, day trips to European capitals, or carefully curated learning expeditions, students following a custom programme with us are propelled into French culture, allowing them to make the most of their time studying abroad in Europe. 

Student support

The International Short Programmes team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all our students. We guarantee the support of students, from questions about the neighbourhood to academic support, and everything in-between. 

Whilst studying with us, students benefit from all the services and advantages that Sciences Po has to offer, including a Sciences Po student ID card (discounts at museums, restaurants, cinemas, etc.), access to all of Sciences Po’s online resources (library, study platforms, student activities, etc.), access to all the Parisian and regional campuses, as well as access to the student health and well-being centre. 

Housing

As Sciences Po is an urban campus, there is no student housing on-site. External housing can be arranged as part of the custom programme experience, based on a partner’s specific requirements.
