The Summer School's social sciences track
Admissions for the 2026 programmes are now closed.
Introducing students to Sciences Po's core subjects
The social sciences track is a unique opportunity for students to discover or explore in greater depth one of the core disciplines taught at Sciences Po. Our courses are taught in English and cover Sciences Po’s core disciplines: international relations, political science, economics, history and much more besides.
Dates
- June session: June 7th - July 1st, 2027
- July session: July 6th - July 29th, 2027
Academic Structure
Each student chooses a core module comprising 36 hours of teaching per term.
All social sciences modules are taught in English.
Students on the Social Sciences pathway have the option of adding an elective module in social sciences (3 ECTS credits) to enrich their academic experience at Sciences Po.
Please note: Academic accommodations are available for students who will not yet have completed their end of year exams in early July. We encourage such students to reach out to us (summer.school@sciencespo.fr) to discuss arrangements as needed. This only applies to students in the July Social Sciences Track of the University Programme. Consult our Academic Rules & Regulations (PDF, 254 KB).
