Louise joined PSIA as the Academic Advisor for the Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action after a career in diplomacy and foreign policy. She spent nine years working as a Diplomat and Foreign Policy Officer for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Prior to this, she worked as an archaeologist and museum assistant at the University of Sydney. Louise is passionate about cultural heritage policy and its relationship to human rights.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts (Advanced) in Archaeology (Honours) from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Advanced Global Studies (International Security with a concentration in Global Risks) (Cum Laude) from the Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po.
