Bio :

Paul LEHNER is a lecturer in education and training sciences at the University of Lille, a researcher at the CIREL-RECIFES laboratory and a research associate at the Ecole, Mutations et Apprentissages laboratory (CY Paris Université) and the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire d'Evaluation des Politiques Publiques (SciencesPo). 

His doctoral research in political science focused on the evolution of the guidance counselor profession, analyzed from the angle of educational policies on guidance and transformations in the professional group. Since 2018, he has been focusing on changes in the national and regional framing of guidance policies, their implementation and effects in schools in the Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France regions. Another strand of his work involves examining developments and translations in different contexts of primary and secondary teacher training in reflective and cooperative analysis of professional situations.
