Bio :After completing her bachelor’s degree in sociology at the University of Belgrade, Marta Veljkovic joined the master’s program in sociology at Sciences Po in 2016. Since 2018 she is preparing a PhD in sociology at Ined and OSC, under the supervision of Louis-André Vallet and Delphine Remillon. Based on the FQP (Insee, 1970; 1977; 1985; 1993; 2003; 2014-2015) and Histoire de vie (Insee, 2003) surveys, her work focuses on the characteristics and time-related changes of intragenerational class mobility in the French context. Taking into account its social and family resources, Marta’s PhD thesis seeks to understand how class position evolves over the life course and whether the pathways to different social classes have undergone (or not) major changes over the past half-century. She joins LIEPP in Novemver 2021 to support the Educational Policies Research Group of LIEPP |
