Tiffany Williams is a Political Science PhD candidate at the University of Vienna, and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow in the Innovative Training Network project entitled, “The Post-Crisis Legitimacy of the European Union.” The Fellowship is based at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna, Austria. Her PhD research examines outcomes of the EU’s approach to foreign partnership with partner nations in the South Caucasus.

She earned a Master of Public Administration at Cornell University, and has a background in evaluation and policy analysis.
