Digital tools of Sciences Po
Sciences Po offers a complete catalogue of training courses for students, teachers and employees.
Students
The Institute for skills and innovation provides students with a set of guides and tutorials to help them better apprehend distance learning. In particular, many resources to facilitate the use of Zoom web-conferencing tool for virtual classes and group work.
The library helps students master research tools. As part of this effort, we offer an overview of available resources, the tools needed to access them, and the best methods for conducting effective research, all tailored to the course curriculum.
We also offer customized thematic workshops based on specific needs, such as writing a presentation or an article, navigating a campus library, preparing a thesis, or getting started on a dissertation, among others.

Faculty
In order to become accustomed to Sciences Po's digital working environment, the teachers’ support and administrative services offers training in the use of the Faculty Account, Google tools, PowerPoint and the Urkund anti-plagiarism software.
The Institute for Skills and Innovation provides you with a set of teaching guides and sheets (accessible via your Sciences Po account and password) to help you design and run your face-to-face, remote or hybrid classroom.
Throughout the year, the institute also organises numerous training sessions on pedagogy and digital teaching methods and tools.

Staff
The “Digital Training and Support” unit within the Digital Department supports employees and trains them in the use of Sciences Po’s digital tools.
On its intranet page “Digital Tools Training,” it offers a catalog of over 100 training modules, as well as a collection of user guides available as PDF documents or video tutorials.
E-learning courses are also offered to complement in-person training sessions.
The team offers several delivery formats:
- Remote training via videoconference;
- In-person training in classrooms equipped with the latest learning technologies.
