Education
Dual degree students are to follow which course curriculum?
Dual degree students select a policy stream and are required to take the regular curriculum course load of a continuing Sciences Po student during the first year. The number of students per class is around 15 to 20. Some classes are in an amphitheater and as such the number of students may be larger.
Are the courses taught in English also taught in French?
Some courses are taught in English, others are taught in French
If I am a student enrolled in a dual degree programme, will I receive diplomas from both universities?
Yes, upon successful completion of the two years, students receive one degree from each university.
Does Sciences Po allow recent graduate students from a dual degree programme to continue their education in the university? Is it common? (For example, PhD programme)
Recent graduates can continue their studies with Sciences Po. There are a wide range of options including research and more professionalizing degrees.

The average age of students depends on the type of admission and on students’ various professional backgrounds.
Gap Year
Is it possible to take a gap year between my first (M1) and second (M2) year of study?
No, gap years are not permitted for dual degree students.

The admission process for Sciences Po dual degree programmes is very competitive as both universities combine different eligibility criteria.
In general, successful dual degree candidates exemplify the following:
- an excellent academic background
- international profile or clear professional objectives
- a well-defined professional project
- ne year of work or internship experience
Is it possible to apply to a dual degree programme and to a Master programme at the same time?
Yes, you have the possibility to apply to one dual degree programme and one Master programme.
In this case, your first choice will have to be the dual degree programme.
Is it possible to apply to two dual degree programmes at the same time?
No, it is not possible to apply to two different dual degree programmes at the same time.
What is the required English level to apply to Sciences Po’s dual degree programmes?
The required English level depends on the programme for which you are applying.

I have been admitted to a Sciences Po’s dual degree programme, is it possible to defer the admission decision?
No it is not possible to defer your acceptance to our dual degree programmes.
I am currently enrolled in a dual degree programme and I am studying in one of the partner universities, do I still need to complete the administrative registration on Sciences Po’s website?
Yes, it is mandatory to complete your administrative registration on Sciences Po’s website even if you are studying in one of our partner universities.
Without the administrative registration, you will not receive your diploma.
Tuition fees and scholarships
What are the tuition fees for dual degree programmes?
Tuition fees depend on the parents' tax residence rather than on student's nationality. In order to facilitate the payment of tuition fees, Sciences Po offers payment options.
The same tuition and payment options for Master's students apply for dual degree students.
Are scholarships available to students of this Master? Where can I find information on available scholarships?
A number of scholarships and financial aid options are available to Sciences Po students.
