This panel discussion is the second event of the conference series “Waiting for European Elections” organized by the Sciences Po Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics (CEE); Observatoire français des conjonctures économiques de Sciences Po (OFCE); Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA); Sciences Po School of Public Affairs (EAP). This series of events will take place on Feb. 20, Mar. 20, Apr. 17 and May 15.
