Youth and Leaders Summit

The Youth & Leaders Summit brings together leaders and thinkers in international affairs to engage in an open dialogue with PSIA students who represent the new generation of international actors from around the globe.

The Youth & Leaders Summit is a unique concept where both Youth and current leaders discuss our society’s issues together. It is a platform where Youth can engage, raise their own voice, and challenge the leaders. So far, over 50 prominent international prominent actors, including Martti Ahtisaari (UN Diplomat and Mediator), Irina Bokova (Director-General of UNESCO), Dimitris Avramopoulos (Commissioner for Migration of European Union) and Filippo Grandi (High Commissioner for Refugees of United Nations), and over 2,000 diverse and dynamic participants have led the conference to success.

Launched in January 2016 by the Paris School of International Affairs of Sciences Po (PSIA) the Youth & Leaders Summit is an annual PSIA conference on complex international issues that brings together today’s leading international affairs personalities with PSIA students.

We believe that engaging the Youth and constructing the platform to reflect their voice is essential, not only because they are future change makers, but also current ones.
