Young Donors Circle

The Young Donors Circle brings together Sciences Po donors under the age of 35. This dynamic network of alumni is committed to community-focused and innovative initiatives that contribute to Sciences Po's development and help build its future. The Young Donors Circle meets several times a year, during social evenings and convivial “afterwork” events.

3 REASONS TO JOIN THE YOUNG DONORS CIRCLE

Preserve and maintain a bond with your alma mater

Sciences Po is a part of you: it is your university, your education, and probably some of your best memories too. Joining the Young Donors Circle means maintaining a long-term relationship with what is, and always will be, your home: invitations to major topical conferences and symposiums, information on the institution’s strategic plans, privileged contact with our teams and much more.

Support projects that make sense

Encourage international student mobility

Sciences Po has chosen a very proactive social policy: each year 11 million euros are dedicated to financing grants and scholarships. You can support this financial assistance scheme by donating to the Young Donors International Student Mobility Grant Fund. Mobility grants are awarded to deserving third-year or master’s students in financial need, enabling them to have an international experience similar to that of other students.

Guarantee the value of your degree in the future

You can also choose to invest in enhancing our teaching and research capacity. This is a way of making a very practical contribution to Sciences Po’s endeavours to increase its appeal and become one of the world’s leading universities.

Name a seat in Boutmy

Sciences Po is giving you, as a former student, the chance to reclaim your spot in the lecture hall by having your name displayed on the back of a seat for a period of 10 or 99 years.

Do you have a friend or relative who also studied at Sciences Po? You might like to reserve two neighbouring seats. For larger groups—alumni associations or alumni of the same graduating class, for example—it is possible to reserve several neighbouring seats or even a whole row.

You can also choose to name a seat for a person who is dear to you and who did attend the university: a parent, child, friend, teacher, historical figure, etc.

Donations made through this initiative are allocated to our actions promoting student well-being (student welfare and support service, health centre, etc.).

Be part of a community of committed young professionals

Through the events it organises each year, the Young Donors Circle represents an opportunity to meet or reunite with fellow Sciences Po graduates and share your experiences.

Every donation counts, whatever the amount!

Your donation brings us much more than it costs you: it is subject to a tax deduction ranging from 66 to 75% of the full amount for donors resident in France.

  • A donation of €10 per month costs you €3.40 per month after French income tax deduction.
  • A one-time donation of €200 will cost you €68 after French income tax deduction.

Our team will be happy to advise you and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us by email or phone.
