A group of students of the Master in Governing the Large Metropolis went to the Market of Rungis yesterday morning within the framework of one of their course.
This international market of 234 hectares consists of 5 sales areas. The students were able to walk through the immense stalls of fishes, meats, fruits and vegetables, cheeses or still of flowers. They so discovered the functioning of the biggest market of fresh products to the world.
We are anxious to thank for this visit Florian De Saint Vincent, International Project Director of Semmaris (manager of the Market of Rungis).
