Kevin PARRA RAMIREZ is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Sciences Po working on a thesis entitled Tax Evasion and International Regulations, under the supervision of Philippe MARTIN and Vincent VICARD (CEPII). He is also Scientific Advisor at the French Conseil d'Analyse Économique (CAE) and a Research Economist at the Banque de France.
