Disciplines
The Bachelor's degree is based on a structured and progressive programme of study in the humanities and social sciences.
In the first year, students are introduced to the content, terminology, and methods specific to each discipline (law, economics, history, political science and sociology). They deepen this study from a multidisciplinary perspective in the second and third years in order to develop the following fundamental knowledge:
- Define and analyse key theoretical concepts in the various disciplines.
- Understand the historical depth of contemporary debates and the geographical specificities of the subjects studied.
- Acquire a spirit of synthesis and methodological rigour in writing, speaking and processing information in all its forms (texts, data, still and moving images).
- Develop intellectual agility by confronting different modes of thought and action, establishing links and mobilising relevant knowledge.
- Build a critical understanding of the production of knowledge and social and technical standards.
