International undergraduate admissions : Information for Canadian applicants
Applicants from CEGEP (Quebec)
Candidates who hold a Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC), may apply for admission.
Sciences Po evaluates applications based on candidates' "cote de rendement au collegial" (CRC) or "R score".
Applicants from Ontario High Schools
Candidates from Ontario who hold an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) may apply for admission. Sciences Po evaluates applications from Ontario high school students based on the highest averages of the six university preparation courses (4U, 4M) retained. At least six 4U and/or 4M courses are required in order to be admitted. At least four of those six required courses must be at the 4U level. Applicants from Ontario must request official transcripts from their school for their application to be considered complete.
Applicants from the rest of Canada (outside Quebec and Ontario)
Admission is based on the average of grades obtained for five Grade 12 courses, including all pre-requisite courses. Courses may have been taken in any calendar year.
