Five students of the Master in Governing the large metropolis presented their capstone to their commissioning organisation, the NGO Culture et Développement. The objective of the capstone was to develop the concept of equipment of the YOP.Créalab, the first third location of this kind in Ivory Coast.

This third location will be situated in Yopougon, the bigger municipality of Abidjan. First of all, Romane Butin, Nicolas Fender, Maëlle Fretigné, Khelil Mehenni et Pierre Wenzelun realized an international benchmark of third locations, what allowed to estimate the good and bad practices applicable to the YOP.Créalab. The results of this intermediate rendition allowed to make hypotheses which were then tested during the on-site mission in Abidjan. This mission consisted in partners' meeting and existing and potential beneficiaries. It was an intense and crucial moment in the understanding of the context and the needs.

Finally, the equipment of the YOP.Créalab conceived around four business parks concerning in particular the jobs of digital technology, of the art, of the urban agriculture so favoring the social cohesion. These four poles form a complementary synergy which finds itself in the system of governance, management and in the economic model.
