Discover the School of Management and Impact
The School of Management and Impact’s mission is to address the complex challenges that companies are facing today: the environmental transition that requires to rethink their role and responsibilities towards society and the planet ; the digital transformation that disrupts economic activity ; the necessary understanding of contemporary issues (artificial intelligence, tensions in global value chains, deglobalisation, etc.).
The purpose of the school is rooted in our ability to act for the common good, within and through business, while considering the need to rethink economic growth. Impact, innovation, digitalisation, as well as creativity, are key elements of our project.
To train change-makers, the School of Management and Impact relies on three pillars:
- Impact, as a criterion and measure of the role of businesses in society, with the pursuit of an economic model that is both responsible and high-performing.
- Creativity, to anticipate and support the development of a creative economy and new business models.
- Mündigkeit, which means a spirit of responsibility, the ability to understand, exercise judgment, and critical thinking with tolerance, a taste for diversity, and open-mindedness.
