Paul BOUSCASSE

Assistant Professor

Paul BOUSCASSE joined the Department as an Assistant Professor (tenure track) in 2023. He received a PhD in Economics from Columbia University in 2022 and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge in 2022-23.

His research lies at the intersection of macroeconomics, international finance, and economic history. He has worked on currency devaluations, the beginning of modern economic growth, and interactions between monetary and fiscal policies.

Paul BOUSCASSE also holds a Master in Analysis and Policy in Economics from École Polytechnique and the Paris School of Economics and a Master in Management from HEC Paris.
