Every two years, the Association Revue économique honours the exceptional career of a researcher in economics. We are pleased to announce that the laureate of the 2022 Prix de la Revue économique is faculty member and former Head of the Department, Jean-Marc ROBIN.
On this occasion, the President of the Association Revue économique, Béatrice Boulu-Reshef, the president of its Scientific Council, Gabriel Desgranges, and the editor-in-chief, David Margolis, are proposing a one-day symposium, organised by the Association Revue économique , in partnership with Sciences Po, and with the support of the ANR and the ERC, on a theme central to Jean-Marc Robin’s work:Sorting and Matching – Prospections et appariements

Jean-Marc ROBIN’s research interests are in microeconometrics, labour microeconomics, and search and matching.He has been conducting his research at the Department since 2010, where he was awarded in 2010 and in 2021 two ERC Advanced Grants. He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, and former co-editor of Econometrica. In 2018, he was made Fellow of the Institut Universitaire de France.
He is also a part-time Professor of Economics at University College London (UCL), and a member of the Centre for Microdata Methods and Practice (CEMMAP), at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).
