David Dillenberger

David DILLENBERGER is Professor of Economics and Chair of Graduate Studies at the Department of Economics of the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). Among his editorial duties, he is Associate Editor of the Journal of Economic Theory and Associate Editor of Econometrica.

His current research focuses on microeconomic theory, and, in particular, on decision theory. He is mostly interested in models of non-expected utility, the economics of risk and time, and social preferences. His work has been awarded a number of important grants: his most recent project Caution and Reference Effects was awarded a National Science Foundation grant in 2021.

David Dillenberger will present a paper, joint with Uzi Segal, at the next Roy-ADRES Seminar on the topic:
