Binta Zahra DIOP is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Oxford University and a PhD Scholar at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS). Prior to undertaking her doctoral studies she was a Senior Data Analyst at the University of Chicago Urban Labs.
